Its considered that first impressions are everything. Well, if this is your first time using the William Raveis app, we think its definitely going to make a lasting first impression. William Raveis just released the third iteration of its successful iPhone, iPad and Android app, adding quite a few firsts in the brokerage industry. The home search is not always a simple process, but there are tools available to make it easier on you and your broker. Our intention is to do exactly that with every update to our app. Here is a breakdown of these latest developments. Pinpointing your dream home just got easier. With a simple motion of your finger, you can draw precisely around the area you want to live. No sifting through streets and neighborhoods you dont like. You can now decide exactly where your home should be upon first use of our app. Simply tap Start Search, Draw Area, then Apply. Its really just that easy.

Talk to Someone-In Many Different Ways
Once you find that perfect home, you will likely want to speak to the a broker that knows something about it. We now offer the ability to contact a broker via chat, phone call or email, right from within the William Raveis app interface. We will soon be offering SMS, as well.

Mortgage Calculator
On our home screen, tap on Mortgage Calculator and choose from 3 options: Payment Calculator, Affordability Calculator and Refinancing Calculator. Each of these provide essential payment information during the homeownership life cycle. You can easily toggle such information as the home price, percentage down, loan term and Homeowners Insurance to provide precise payment details.

Schedule an Appointment from Within Listing Page
Find the home you want and schedule an appointment for a showing. Its that simple with our new Schedule an Appointment tab within the property listing page.

Save Customized Photos
We are the only broker offering the ability to save customized photos you take of a home you like. Have a Sunday showing but dont see detailed photos of the kitchen? You can take them while youre there, add your own notes and save them for viewing when it comes to decision time.

Sync Your Raveis Login
Having a Raveis login has enabled you to save all your searches, allowing for easy review once youre deciding on your home purchase. Now, with a simply activation, you can automatically sync you app searches so they will appear both on desktop and mobile.
